Le RSEQ (Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec) est fier d’annoncer le lancement des ligues provinciales de basketball scolaire division 1 et division 2.
Division 1
Regroupant cinquante-trois équipes, cette ligue s’adresse aux catégories cadette et juvénile et elle est composée exclusivement des équipes évoluant à l’intérieur des programmes sport-études et de concentrations reconnus par Basketball Québec.
Les activités de la ligue ont débuté le 22 octobre 2022. Les calendriers de la saison régulière ainsi que les résultats sont disponibles en cliquant sur les liens suivants :
Au terme de la saison régulière, les équipes qualifiées disputeront les qualifications les 17, 18 et 19 mars 2023 au Séminaire Saint-François et à l’École secondaire De Rochebelle. À la suite de celles-ci, le championnat provincial aura lieu les 24,25 et 26 mars 2023 à l’École secondaire Saint Laurent.
Division 2
La ligue de basketball scolaire division 2 sera à sa première saison au sein du RSEQ. Regroupant trente institutions pour un total de soixante-dix équipes, la ligue division 2 offre un encadrement sportif et académique pour les étudiant.e.s-athlètes de catégorie benjamine, cadette et juvénile.
Les activités de la catégorie benjamine masculine ainsi que de la catégorie juvénile féminine et masculine ont débuté le 22 octobre 2022. Les étudiant.e.s-athlètes de la catégorie cadette féminine et masculine devront patienter au 29 octobre pour amorcer leurs activités officielles, alors que la catégorie benjamine féminine, pour sa part, débutera ses activités officielles le 2 novembre.

Au terme de vingt-deux semaines de compétition, les équipes qualifiées s’affronteront lors des qualifications [match de barrage] et lors des finales provinciales qui auront lieu le 31 mars, 1er et 2 avril 2023 au Collège Durocher Saint-Lambert pour la catégorie cadette et à l’École Polyvalente Arvida pour les catégories cadette et juvénile.

The RSEQ (Réseau du sport sportif du Québec) is proud to announce the launch of the division 1 and division 2 provincial school basketball leagues .
Division 1
Bringing together fifty-three teams, this league is aimed at the cadet and juvenile categories and is made up exclusively of teams playing within sports-study and concentration programs recognized by Basketball Québec.
League activities began on October 22, 2022. Regular season schedules and results are available by clicking on the following links:
At the end of the regular season, the qualified teams will compete in the qualifications on March 17, 18 and 19, 2023 at the Séminaire Saint-François and the De Rochebelle secondary school. Following these, the provincial championship will take place on March 24, 25 and 26 , 2023 at Saint Laurent High School.
Division 2
The division 2 school b asketball league will be in its first season with the RSEQ. Bringing together thirty institutions for a total of seventy teams, the division 2 league offers sporting and academic support for students . es -athletes in the benjamine, cadet and juvenile categories.
The activities of the youngest male category as well as the female and male juvenile category began on October 22, 2022. Students . e. Athletes in the junior female and male category will have to wait until October 29 to begin their official activities , while the youngest female category , for its part, will begin its official activities on November 2.

At the end of twenty-two weeks of competition, the qualified teams will compete in the qualifications [play-off] and in the provincial finals which will take place on March 31, April 1 and 2, 2023 at Collège Durocher Saint-Lambert for the cadet category and at the École Polyvalente Arvida for the cadet and juvenile categories.

BC SCHOOL SPORTS AND PLAYFLY SPORTS ANNOUNCE 10-YEAR MULTIMEDIA RIGHTS AGREEMENT
Burnaby, BC – BC School Sports (BCSS) and Playfly Sports, the emerging leader in
sports marketing, media, and technology, announced today a ground-breaking tenyear multimedia rights agreement, the first of its kind for any amateur sport body in Canada. The deal makes Playfly BCSS’ exclusive rights holder and sponsorship arm effective immediately.
