SHSAA 2025 Award Winners

Merit Award

The Merit Award is the highest honour bestowed by the SHSAA. It is to honour people who have given outstanding leadership and service to the SHSAA and to the promotion of high school athletics in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Congratulations to Jud Heilman for winning the 2025 SHSAA Merit Award. Jud is the Athletic Commissioner for the Saskatoon Secondary Schools Athletic Directorate.
Congratulations to Lance Morrison for winning the 2025 SHSAA Merit Award. Lance teaches at Dinsmore Composite School and is a member of the West Central District.

2025 SHSAA Service Award

This award honours people who have provided outstanding leadership, service, and the promotion of high school athletics in the district.

Congratulations to Jacinda Drew for winning the 2025 SHSAA Service Award on behalf of the South East District.
Congratulations to Dave Earl for winning the 2025 SHSAA Service Award on behalf of the Saskatoon District.
Congratulations to Rick Garchinski for winning the 2025 SHSAA Service Award on behalf of the West Central District.
Congratulations to John J. Harvey for winning the 2025 SHSAA Service Award on behalf of the Qu’Appelle Valley District.
Congratulations to Luke Krienke for winning the 2025 SHSAA Service Award on behalf of the East Central District.
Congratulations to Kelly Linnell for winning the 2025 SHSAA Service Award on behalf of the North East District.
